A Picture for Mary's Mother

(sorry, but I don't know your name)
She was wondering about this picture that I had in YMCA. It's a man milking a horse, sort of. It's from Monty Python.

Awww, how nice of you to post it for her! I'll give her a call and make sure she has a look at it before it leaves the front page! :)

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

That is so nice of you to go to the trouble of posting just for little OLD me. ;)

What a funny photo! Being a farm girl, I had to figure it out, or loose sleep trying...I'm not sure if my inability to isolate the photo from your wonderful slide show is more of a reflection of my reflexes or my eyes slowing down. Likely it is a combination. At any rate I'll sleep well tonight, thanks to you.

This also gives me a great opportunity to tell you that I've been slowly checking out several blogs that Mary has links to from her site.: haveyoubeencrankylately.blogspot.com
I must say I am really enjoying her links.(Of course being the wonderful mama that I am, Mary's blog remains my VERY favorite;) I've loved Liz and her family from a distance for years, but now that is beginning to include the extended family as well. No wonder Mary and Liz have become such wonderful friends. Life experiences have not been so vastly different....The similar "classic cars" and embarassing family members you young people have been forced to endure have forged a bond forever...I mean, in this day and age, who reads aloud as a family anymore, anyway!?!

Blessings, Jan (AKA Mary's Mom)

P.S. Your slide shows are fantastic! You have a real gift. Okay many precious gifts. Your family, your ability to capture the individual in each photo, and then putting them all together. Very enjoyable. Keep it up.

Wow Jan! Thank you very much! I look forward to getting to know Mary's extended fam. as well.

And as for the slide shows. Yes, I put them together, but my friend Amy deserves a lot of credit. Many of the really good photo's are her doing. She's an amazing photographer! If you get the whim to check her stuff out, here is a link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ellaminnowpeas/
